Soft Wash
Soft washing is a cleaning method that utilizes a low-pressure water spray and specialized cleaning solutions to remove dirt, grime, and other types of buildup from surfaces. This approach is commonly used for cleaning delicate surfaces that could be damaged by high-pressure washing, such as roofs, siding, and outdoor furniture. Soft washing is a safer and more effective alternative to traditional power washing, which can cause damage to surfaces or displace important materials such as shingles on a roof. Soft washing also helps to prevent the growth of mold, mildew, and other harmful bacteria that can be harmful to the health of people or animals. Overall, soft washing is a gentle and effective way to clean various surfaces without causing damage.
Heated Pressure Washing
We use hot water washing on our exterior and interior cleaning for the same reasons you would use hot water to clean in your own home. When you wash dishes, for instance, hot water is more effective than cold water in removing the oils and grime left over from food. It also requires less time and scrubbing to get the dirt off. In addition, hot water also increases the power of the soap we use. Normally oil and water separate. If you clean a greasy pan with cold water and no soap, you will only move the grease around. When you add heat and soap, the grease will seem to melt away. This is because the soap is an emulsifier. It causes the oil and water molecules to combine and when you wash away the water, the grease washes away too.
In pressure washing, these benefits of heat make hot water washing the leading solution for cleaning away many different types of materials.
Without heat, cleaning these substances takes additional time, detergent, and water, resulting in higher costs and unnecessary water consumption. But with heat, the process is faster and more effective, resulting in a better clean for your property. Another advantage of washing with hot water is the disinfecting power of heat. High heat will naturally sanitize surfaces as most pathogens cannot survive hot temperatures.
Since oils, grease, chewing gum, and similar substances are the materials we most often clean with hot water washing, the surfaces we clean with heat are those where this type of debris builds up. These include:
Auto Parts and Engines
Roads and Driveways
Garage Floors
Graffiti removal
Parking Lots
Sidewalks
Fleet Vehicles
Cooking Equipment
Heavy Equipment, and More
These are also only a fraction of the areas we can clean with hot water pressure washing. Our ability to adjust pressure and temperature enables us to essentially clean all of the surfaces on your property to keep them cleaned, maintained, and safe.
Fleet Wash, Preventative Maintenance, & Disinfection
Fleet wash refers to the process of cleaning and maintaining a fleet of vehicles, such as trucks, buses, and delivery vans. It is essential to keep these vehicles clean and in good condition to ensure their longevity and proper functioning. Fleet washing involves using specialized equipment and techniques to clean the exterior and interior of vehicles. This process typically includes pressure washing, hand washing, and detailing to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants from the surface of the vehicles. Regular fleet washing not only helps to maintain the appearance of the vehicles but also prevents corrosion, rust, and other damage caused by prolonged exposure to dirt and environmental factors. Additionally, it helps to enhance the overall image of a company by ensuring that their vehicles look professional and well-maintained.
Horse Stable Cleaning
Horse stable cleaning is an essential task that must be done regularly to ensure the health and wellbeing of horses. Stables are typically made up of stalls where horses are housed, and these stalls can become dirty quickly due to the constant movement and waste produced by the animals. Cleaning a horse stable involves removing all the soiled bedding, manure, and any other debris present in the stalls. This process helps to prevent the buildup of harmful bacteria and parasites that could cause infections or other health problems for horses. Additionally, maintaining a clean and tidy stable environment can help to reduce stress and improve the overall quality of life for horses. Horse stable cleaning can be a time-consuming and physically demanding task, but it is essential for the health and wellbeing of the animals.
